Common questions
Why isn't my card visible to visitors yet?
New cards stay hidden until you verify your email or turn on Public access in your dashboard. Until then, your link and QR show a friendly “not available yet” page.
How much does it cost?
Basic is free with a small ReeCard promo strip on your card and already includes wallet passes, the QR, NFC and print kit, 12 languages and two cards. Pro is $0.99/month with the first 6 months free — no promo strip, a custom public link and campaign QR codes. VIP is $2.99/month with analytics, lead capture, the paper-card scanner, a featured banner and premium layouts. Business is $29.99/month for up to 50 cards on one invoice, adding the team workspace, loyalty cards and a verified company badge. Need more than that? Email us about Enterprise. Can I track who views my card?
VIP includes an Analytics dashboard: page opens, wallet saves, QR scans, contact downloads and link taps, broken down by traffic source, country and device — aggregated counts, not individual visitor profiles. Basic and Pro cards work fully; they just don't show the dashboard.
How do I delete my card?
Dashboard → Settings → Delete card. Enter your password, type DELETE and confirm. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it first under Plan & billing. This permanently removes your card, uploads and analytics.
