Paper ends up in a drawer; a PDF gets forgotten in Downloads. A wallet pass sits in the stack people open every day — here's what that changes.
The QR code playbook for trade shows, meetups and storefronts

A QR code is a bridge between the physical room and your digital card. Done well it feels like magic; done badly it's a blurry square nobody scans.
Size and placement
Print at least 3 cm wide for badges and 20 cm for banners. Put it at eye level, with a two-word call to action: “Save my contact” beats “Scan me” every time. Use the SVG export so the print shop never asks for a bigger file.
Track real scans
ReeCard encodes a tiny marker in the QR so scans are counted separately from link taps. After the event, compare scan counts per day to the sessions you attended — that's your networking ROI in one chart.
Follow up within 24 hours
People who saved your pass are warm leads. Message them while the conversation is fresh, and point them back to the link they already have in their wallet.
