Paper ends up in a drawer; a PDF gets forgotten in Downloads. A wallet pass sits in the stack people open every day — here's what that changes.
Rolling out digital cards to a whole team without a design bottleneck
By The ReeCard team · September 6, 2026 · 4 min read

Individual cards are easy. Ten cards that look like one company is where most teams stall — someone has to pick the layout, someone has to chase photos, and the result is usually five different styles.
Decide the shared parts first
Pick one layout, one background colour and one logo treatment before anyone creates a card. On ReeCard these are the brand colours and, on VIP, the layout and banner. Write them down in a two-line brief so every card starts from the same place.
Leave the personal parts personal
Photo, title, phone and the first custom link should belong to each person. A booking link for the account manager, a portfolio for the designer. Consistent frame, individual content — that is what makes a team look organised rather than templated.
Let us set it up for you
Business puts the whole team on one invoice: up to 50 cards, the shared brand kit, loyalty cards and a verified company badge. If you need more cards than that, or paperwork your procurement team recognises, email us about Enterprise.
